My Personal blog on spiritual awakening
Why do we pray for some and they get healed whist others don't?

I woke with the word "persuade" on my heart. It resonates deep within when I think about the connection it has with spiritual manifestations.

The Spirit of God reminded me that two cannot walk together lest they agree. This powerful Spiritual law means that for any type of manifestation, the reasoning mind has to become one with the spiritual law to work together.

Here's how I'm seeing this roadmap. If your heart is persuaded or convinced that you deserve a new home, then you have aligned yourself with the mind of God that fills all things and persons to open doors for you to get a new home.

If, on the contrary, you have reasons of doubt, then you're not walking together according to the laws of spirit and there are often times some turbulence.

Now I'm exploring this as it relates to healing. My question is really "how come some people get healed and some don't". I heard some amazing healing testimonials originating from Joseph Prince's ministry and even Curry Blake's ministry and it really provoked me to dig into why does it work sometimes.

I have tried spiritual laws using the subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy and it worked for manifesting material things but not for healing for myself. The irony is that you can't enjoy the material world without having good health. It was a dream that I had, that shifted back my attention to the Bible.

It was through reasoning with the Spirit that I began to understand that often times we need something written to reference so that we bridge the spiritual with the physical.

I can tell someone that their name is 'John' but eventually they'll want proof of their name as John. They would want some evidence which can be in the form of a birth certificate or document that confirms their name to be John. The document acts as a constitution: something tangible to refer to as evidence. This is equivalence to the "it is written", in the Bible. It's their way of saying "the constitution says ".

This is what I was shown concerning the Bible. It was written by people who walked in spiritual authority, which is why it can be trusted. The Bible is supposed to serve as a constitution, whereby within the texts are laws of spirit that we can refer to as evidence or confirmation for something to be true.

The word 'persuaded' comes into context for manifestations. The disciples had sufficient experience with Yeshua so they were persuaded (the mind and Spirit) working together. Their responsibilities after Christ ascended, included persuading others by miracles that Christ is alive in us, enabling us to heal in His name.

When the heart is convinced, it is satisfied, it agrees therefore it believes. Another spiritual law says "the prayer offered in faith will heal a sick person".
A prayer offered with conviction sets people free. I'm seeing more and more the need to self-convict to be set free.
Child like faith!
