How does salvation practically help you have a better life?

Have you ever noticed that Jesus' priority was not to convert bad people into good ones but He went about destroying the works of the devil which is simply destroying the works of sin which manifested in sickness?

I have heard many different interpretations of faith and the Gospel but it boils down to the question 'what really makes the quality of your life better?

If the teachings are mere philosophy then you'll have intellect but if the teachings help you to have health, wealth, good relationships and success then you'll have a life of memories worth remembering and sharing. This is what testimonials are about: sharing your good news with others.

The Holy Spirit gave me an idea recently, He highlighted that if the effects of sin is sickness then the effects of salvation is health.

This means that if we program our minds to have the expectation of health through salvation and grace, then our bodies would start to behave according to the spiritual food we are ingesting. More and more, it is being made clear to me that it is about our thoughts: whatever we accept to be true and real.

I did a simple exercise with 3 verses to help my mind accept this reality because I've heard of people being healed by doing things like fasting, praying and even communion. Then it hit me, they are accepting salvation which is God's grace and it manifests in healing.

Here's an example:

For it is by grace you have been saved (healed), through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—

To be saved is to be healed. Healing and salvation are fruits of grace. Not our works but Christ's works. That's why they see results when they acknowledge Christ's Grace.

And another:
For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.

The result of sin= sickness
Therefore it can be read that sickness will no longer be your master because you are under grace.

What are your thoughts? Have you known anyone who was healed by doing the Lord's supper etc.
